How We Preserve Every Flower
A look inside the slow, careful process that lets a single bloom last a lifetime.
Preserving a flower is an exercise in patience. It begins the moment a bloom is at its most beautiful - we gather it before it fades and gently begin the drying process.
Using silica and time, we draw the moisture out slowly so the flower keeps its shape and colour. Rushing this step is the surest way to lose the very beauty we are trying to keep.
Only once a flower is fully preserved is it ready to be set in resin, where it will stay exactly as it was on its best day - forever.
